THE CHALLENGE: The remodel of a hurricane-damaged luxury villa in the Caribbean, requiring transporting all equipment and material from the U.S to the island.

In the fall of 2017, Hurricane Irma devastated the island of St. Bart’s. Early in 2018, our company remodeled this beautiful villa that had severely damaged completely. The logistics for this project were unparalleled.

Everything had to be ordered from the U.S or another country, then shipped to Miami and transported to the island.

We created a stellar team from the U.S and Brazil, who worked together with both on-site and remote supervision to replace floors, doors, and the main building windows.

New handrails and balusters have built throughout the many levels of the cliffside structure.

Outside, the deck, pool, and Jacuzzi received a completely new look.

Together with the owner, we designed unique poly-carbonate hurricane shutters installed throughout to complete this challenging and rewarding project.
